A lot of people ask me…
“What is the difference between gelato and ice cream?”
There are three key differences:
1. Gelato has less fat. With approximately a third less fat, there's less greasiness coating your taste buds.
2. Gelato has less air. With up to 70% less air, you get more taste in every mouthful and a much richer, creamier experience.
3. Gelato is less cold. Served at -13 degrees, not -20, the warmer temperature delivers more flavour and less chill to your taste buds.
